Please return the products to us. We will refund the purchase price of the product (less shipping and handling). For instructions and the address for returning products click here: RETURNS

For eBooks or videos that are are downloadable products:

We need this information in order to find your purchase in our system.

Note: this refund policy is good for 60 days from the original purchase date. We are unable to process refunds after 60 days do to restrictions imposed on us by our credit card processing company.
